In Japanese, it's called "Shinga-Shingyo.(真我真経)" The meanings of Japanese Kanji-Character are: 真 - true, real 我 - myself, ourselves, Self 心 - heart, soul 経 - Sutra . This is my understand of Yasuyuki Sato: "At a shallow level, the soul is identified with our personality, but at a deep level it is connected to the universe all-where. And at intermediate level there is a truth or a awareness that nothing is all-thing. I believe Shinga-Shingyo expresses this truth in simple words." I think that knowing of his insight-awareness that underlie this book will help readers to read the lengthy translation. The only thing that exists in this universe is eternal Life. There is only great Harmony. There is only Light. There is only Love. The only Energy of Life is the practice of Love.
